Meet Roy
Roy was born and raised in the Phoenix, Arizona area. He attended Arizona State University in Tempe, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in management from the W.P. Carey School of Business in 2005. After some time working as an analyst for a corporation, Roy decided to transition to a private accounting firm. Roy earned his Certified Public Accountant certification in 2010. After learning the ins and outs of accounting, Roy started his own firm in 2018.
Roy lives with his family in the foothills of Ahwatukee, a suburb of Phoenix. He and his wife, Liz, have been married for 14 years, and are parents to Hayley (age 11) and Nora (age 8). The family also includes two goldendoodles, Hazel and Skyler.
When he’s not working hard at peer reviews, audits, and other fun accounting projects or spending time with his family, Roy spends his times exploring the trails and roads around South Mountain. He has competed in marathons, mountain bike races, local triathlons, and open-water swimming events. His proudest accomplishment in endurance sports is completing six grueling Ironman events.
